ESTIMATORS
Prepares detailed restoration estimates for insurance adjusters and property owners and for commercial and residential remodeling projects. Must have strong computer and communication skills and experience in the construction industry. Xactimate experience preferred.

FIELD TECHNICIANS
Participates in the process of restoring and remodeling commercial and residential properties by packing, cleaning, and inventorying property contents, cleaning construction sites, and participating in 24/7 emergency response to fire, water, and storm damage repair.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REP
Responsible for increasing referrals to the restoration and construction divisions and developing working relationships with referral sources. Experience in sales and construction/restoration preferred. Self-starter with excellent communication and customer service skills required. Salary plus commission.

PROJECT MANAGERS
Oversees restoration and remodeling projects from start to finish, adhere to strict timelines and budgets. Must have strong computer and communication skills and experience in the construction industry.

CARPENTERS
Responsible for completing punch list items on construction projects, demolition and removal of building materials, delivering materials to job sites, installing cabinets and molding, and emergency board-ups. On-call rotation required.

PROJECT COORDINATOR
Responsible for ensuring the schedule, budget and details of a given task are well organized. Communicate with various departments to keep everyone on board about any changes to the project plan. In addition, organize reporting, plan meetings, and provide updates to project managers.
